War Confidence is a Realm power.
 Being near a fortification you acquire the needed confidence to, even in smaller numbers, defeat the enemy. If you get away from the fortification, the power dispels.

Notes
The war confidence buff is given to underpopulated realms on a server. A maximum of two realms may be deemed as underpopulated at any one time. The exact formula to determine population is unknown, but is speculated to be determined by the war zone activity of higher level players.
War Confidence is applied at all forts, cities and great walls. The buff works similar to an aura surrounding the forts. There is a slight delay when entering or exiting the area when the buff will be applied or removed.
