Abridged History of the RacesEdit
(although it should really be called "expanded history of the races")
Royal Guard: The elves are putting our border villages at risk!
Emporer Gash: I will venture into the war zone filled with powerful necromancers and master marksmen with only a handful of my guardsmen and attempt to find an elf. On finding one, I will hope that the elf happens to be a diplomat or ambassador rather than a guerilla warrior or assassin, and I will attempt to open negotiations with him or her. This is in no way a bad idea.
Royal Guard: My life for the emporer!
Emporer Garm: It seems that my father has died. In rage, I will now declare war on the two most powerful races in the world and refuse to make peace with either of them, despite signing a treaty with orcs last week. I will not rest until my father's mysterious death has been avenged. My people will see me as a wise, calm and cunning ruler for what I have done this day.
Allahed stood and waited. There was a full moon that night, and it hung silvery white against the star dappled sky. He sensed Igneos in the forest - he did not see them, but he felt their foul presence, their dark power, and he had vowed to rid the land of them. He expected their return, of course, but the wood elves' foolish so-called Prophet, Lemoral, had ignored his plea to fight fire with fire...and so now, all he could do was wait.
The mage thought back to the days just after the war ended...
"We should study the secrets of this dark magic, Prophet."
"No, you will be DESTROY BY EVIL!" he had shouted.
At the time, he had believed the Prophet, and like the rest of his naive kind had seen the aging elf as the pinnacle of wisdom and calmness. But no longer. If they were to survive as a race, they had to learn other talents.
"I am Reptieth, your new god. You must DESTROY THE EVIL!" called a voice from above.
So Allahed throwed his fireball and it exploded the trees.
"WE GONNA DIE" shouted an Igneo.
"I will Meteor Rain at him!" shouted Daen Rha! But Allahed dodged it!
Allahed threw the lightning bolt too but Daen Rha cast teleport and escape!
"No! I must DESTROY THE EVIL!" shouted Allahed.
"No, Allahed. You are the evil."
And then Ignis was evil.
General Goldenheart: Milord, the Igneos have been defeated, but our troops are exhausted. They could use a speech to lift their morale.
Lemoral: The roots will heal in time, as will the entire world. Just as the orcs, humans and night elves discarded their old hatreds and stood united against a common foe, so did nature herself rise up, to banish the shadow...forever. As for me, I came back to ensure there would be a future, to teach the world that it no longer needed guardians. The hope for future generations has always resided in mortal hands. And now that my task is done, I will take my place amongst the legends...of the past.
And then Lemoral turned into a raven and flew away.
