"The Elements Runestones - The Fire Element" is a level 28 quest in the Ignis realm, given by Amer.
Story
The third element that we must collect is the element of fire. It shows fire burning in what seems to be the furnace of a blacksmith. I have been asking around, and you should be able to get a piece of coal from the local blacksmith.
Ask Dalos about this, and see if he can spare a small piece.
