Notes
The Damage over Time portion only deals 5 ticks worth of damage, adding a total of 25-50 damage. At level 5 on average, it will hit for 50 more damage than Gutting, for 100 more mana. Additionally, there is a casting time, which makes it even more difficult to use.
The dexterity buff might be interesting against Archers, but it only lowers their attack by about 20 damage, and negligible effects on their evasion. In short, you're probably better using your power points some where else.
