 An ice storm strikes around the target, causing ice damage and a chance to stun those enemies within 6m.

Notes
Frozen Storm has the advantages of being a cheap spell mana wise. It can be used effectively to isolate groups by stunning them or to allow Damage Over Time spells to do damage. It can be used both offensively to leave enemies in a vulnearable position for follow up, or defensively to disable an attacking army.
