Blood Drinker is a Conjurer power: the 9th of the Summon discipline.

As a summon-wielding warjurer, this spell can possibly decide the battle if used in combination with other spells. The conjurer's summon will absorb a certain percentage of the damage dealt by its attacks. The conjurer must be cautions though, as this regeneration can be easily overcome without help of actual healing/protecting on the conjurer's part. An intelligent conjurer should use this only if he plans on using the summon as a distraction while he either escapes a dangerous situation or tries to trap his enemy between himself and his summon.

Currently, this is the only way to heal a Summon's health, as Heal Ally and Regenerate Ally no longer work on summons.
